Tube and Profile Rolling

We utilize a three-roll bending machine that enables the rolling of: tubes, rectangular profiles, as well as bars of any cross-section. The rolled elements can have any bending radius, including a spring shape. The maximum length of bent profiles is 3000 mm.

Rolling Parameters:

• Tube cross-sections: 20, 30, 40, 50 mm, wall thickness up to 2 mm
• Max. range for tubes: 76 x 3.6 mm
• Max. range for flat bars: 70 x 8 mm
