Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
Personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (legitimate interest – responding to a message), for the purpose of responding to a message sent via the contact form.

The recipients of personal data will be companies cooperating with the Data Controller under a data processing agreement, in particular those providing IT services to the data controller, as well as entities authorized to receive data under the provisions of law.
Data Retention Period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to respond to the sent message, and after this period, for the time required by law to store data or for the limitation period of any potential claims.
